By ordering or using our services, you fully accept these terms.
Provision of Services and Level (SLA) * **Uptime Guarantee:** Hostart provides a 99.9% uptime guarantee for the network and hardware infrastructure. * **Technical Support:** Support services are provided by us 24/7/365. * **Backup:** Automated regular backup mechanisms are applied for shared hosting packages. However, clients are advised to keep local copies of their own data. * **Migration:** Migration of existing websites, emails, and databases from other providers to Hostart is carried out free of charge.
Payments, Trial Period, and Cancellation * **Trial Period:** Depending on the services, a 14-day free trial option may be offered to new clients. * **Tariffs and Promo Codes:** Service prices are displayed on the official website. New clients can benefit from discounts by using the `WELCOMEHOSTART` promo code on their first order. * **Payment and Activation:** Service fees are activated automatically or shortly after payment confirmation. Unpaid services may be suspended or deleted.
User Obligations and Prohibited Activities The customer is obliged to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and international internet ethics when using Hostart servers. The following cases are strictly prohibited: * Hosting malware, viruses, trojans or other destructive code. * Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam). * Storing illegal materials that violate copyright (pirated content, unlicensed software). * DDoS attacks or illegal scanning activities that excessively overload server resources and target network security.
Limitation of Liability Hostart is not responsible for internet connection interruptions caused by third parties, delays in global domain registries, and data lost as a result of the customer’s own fault.
